Teal Dreams

I had to challenge myself to use some Teal cs. It’s not a color I normally use, so it was a challenge for me.

I stamped my image on white cs, then used my Mirror Image Stamp for the reflection. I got this at Michaels with one of those awesome 40% off coupons a while ago, so I didn’t spend that much on it, but I love it. Last time I posted about using this stamp I had comments asking about it. So, for those of you have never seen this stamp, here it is.

Now, I love this stamp for reflections and reverse stamping. I tried some of the other techniques, like stamping on acetate then rubbing on your cs, but just didn’t like the effect. It was too blurry for me. Back to my card – after stamping my image, I applied Versamark and clear EP, then added my colors. Cut with my Nesties, mounted on black cs. I needed something more on my Teal cs, so out same my Monarch set with all of those wonderful flourishes – stamped my flourishes in Taken with Teal. I added some silver 1/2 pearls for my final touch.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful and blessed day!
