altered candle
I made this quick candle with the stamp set I bought at Marc’s for $0.99. I wanted a simple, elegant looking candle that would work for male or female
I applied my image to both sides of my candle. If you have never made an altered candle, here are the quick and easy directions.
I got this candle at Wal-Mart for a couple of dollars just to practice on. The trick is making sure there are no wrinkles at all in your wax paper. What I have learned after making more than one of these is you can always heat the wax once your wax paper is removed to melt out the wrinkles. Clear as mud?
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful and blessed day!
Stamps: unknown - Marc's
Inks, markers and coloring tools: Black
Extra goodies: tissue paper, wax paper, heat gun
