Long neglected

Have you ever just had to HAVE a stamp set, only to find out you aren’t so crazy about it once you actually own it?

Well, I just HAD to have SU’s Friendship Blooms when it came out. HAD TO I tell ya!

Once I got it, I realized I absolutely hated the large flower. Don’t like it, don’t use it, and avoid it at all costs.

So, I challenged myself to find a way to use that stamp. This simple card was really hard for me because of this stamp. Now, don’t get me wrong. I LOVE the rest of the set, just not that flower. So I added some pink, made a simple card and here is the end result.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful and blessed day!

Stamps: SU Friendship Blooms

CS and DP: WW, SU Regal Rose

Inks, markers and coloring tools: SU Rose Red & Pretty in Pink

Extra goodies: corner punch

Fresh Cuts is that set for me. I don't even know if I've ever inked it up beyond the one time that I tried! Your card is fabulous, Michelle!

The way you've placed the flowers partially off the corners is lovely. Nice arrangement there.
