No catchy title today!

It’s been a busy couple of days here and the rain and cold really hasn’t helped. But, I’ve accomplished a lot. I had to rearrange some of my craft room, so I missed some precious stamping time.

Earlier this week I saw a post on SCS about making an ink pad holder out of foam board. It’s pretty interesting and you can check it out here.

I bought the foam board with the intention of making an ink pad holder, but when I got home, my SU order from last week was here, so I got sidetracked, and then in the midst of all of that, had a brain storm to use the foam board to make a photo box. It took about 20 minutes and then I got to play with my new toys.

This card is a combo of three challenges, Dawn McVey’s Raspberry Suite Color Challenge 7 – raspberry, artichoke, and celery/moss; Basic Grey Challenge #29 to use an Easter/Spring Theme and 365 Cards challenge 34 That’s Eggs-ellent to create a card in honor of Easter but not necessarily an Easter card, but with an egg or oval as the dominant shape.

I used SU’s Always in my Thoughts, and my swirls are called Monarch, but I’m not sure who made the stamps. My paper and my ink are all SU, Always artichoke, Mellow Moss and Pink Passion.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful and blessed day!

those inkpad storage is cool but I would get tired of pulling them in/out. I love my SU turnstyle one but maybe I could make that for my craft pads! Ack- too much stuff!

Love your crafty card you opted for!

looks fab, you're really plowing thru those 365's...while I fall further and further behind, lol

I know all about getting sidetracked..like clearing a space on my desk small enough to make a card whilst the rest of the room is in chaos around me. Now my DT deadlines for the week are met I can concentrate on sorting the rest of my room, after a blop that is, of course ;0)
