Loving many things
This card took hours to upload because my photo editing software was giving me fits. UGH. . . but, hey, I finally got it all fixed. I am using Picasa 3 because I really love it and it’s FREE! Have you tried it? If you are looking for a nice photo editing program and don't want to spend any money on it, you might want to check out Picasa.
I managed to work 5 challenges on this card. My sketch is from SCS – SC229. My color combo meets 2 challenges kwernerdesigns color inspiration #44 - Choc. Chip, Pink Pirouette, Close to Cocoa and whisper white and Basic Grey #23 Color Combo Brown and pink or Pink and Green or Blue and Brown. Unfortunately, I can’t link to the Basic Grey challenge and now, whenever I try to go to the site I get an error that basically the blog can only be viewed by invitation only. I also managed to work 365 Cards challenge #79 – Mondays Manufacturer to use your favorite manufacturer in the majority of your card. I used Basic Grey. Then I added one more Basic Grey challenge # 19 which was a card recipe to use 2 patterned papers, 1 button, 1 ribbon & bow and 3 brads. I substituted pearls for brads only because I really couldn't find a brad I liked and I liked the look of the pearls.
I’m pretty stoked that I managed to get 5 challenges on one card. Not as good as Ginny over at my5bratz who managed to work 12 challenges into one card, but . . . .oh, heck, not even close. You really need to check out her card with 12 challenges and can find it here.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful and blessed day!
