I never thought today would arrive. It has been the longest week here!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful Friday and headed into a great weekend. We have had some nice weather this week, but there is a forecast for some more cold and snow! EWWWW.
So, while it’s nice and I’m feeling springy and flowery, I just had to use this Basic Grey Sugared paper for a card. Of course, I am loving my new Magnolia stamp, (thanks Heidi!) so that was a must.
I colored my girl with copics, stickled her wings and the crown on her butt. Above the crown it says PRINSESSA and I just love that. I always call Brittany “Princess” so I may just have to send this one to her.
My base is Kiwi Kiss sponged with Close to Cocoa, of course the DP is from Basic Grey Sugared, and then some Chocolate Chip cs for an added touch. I distressed my edges and then sponged the distressed edges with some Close to Cocoa.
Now, I off to work and to stress over the perfect birthday card for my oldest (Andrew) who will be turning the big 24 next week. He THINKS he’s getting old LOL. Silly boy – he can talk about old when HIS first born is turning 24!

I know what you mean about the age thing but I beat you..my oldest is not quite 22 but already a dad...so that makes me a grandmother already...now that makes me feel old...lol
